Like to keep promises, which means don't make them unnecessarily.

Interesting generally means something new to me, and I want to see that the software will do something useful. Lots of experience using tools and libraries. However, I like it when work involves writing something from scratch, perhaps with some research involved. Have been in business a long time, contracting directly with clients, mostly small companies, working by the project, very rarely a pseudo-employee.
